Florent
Rondez, Graduated from Lausanne Hotel School started his career in the
Food & Beverage field in Hong Kong and became Director of Food
& Beverage of Maxim's Caterer after spending 6 years in Asia. He
then Joined the SEG group in 2000 as Operations Manager and is
currently the CEO of the Swiss Education Group.

| Emanuel Donhauser, SEG Executive Director - Academic
After
five years of gathering work experience in First Class hotels in
Germany, Switzerland, and England as an EU-certified ‘restaurant
specialist’, followed by four years of linguistic degree studies, Mr.
Donhauser gained more than six years of top level management experience
in educational institutions in Germany, France, and Switzerland. His
positions ranging from National to International Marketing Manager in
Germany and France, all the way to General Manager of a total of 12
schools in Switzerland.
In August 2003, Mr. Donhauser took on
the role of Academic Dean at SHMS, Swiss Hotel Management School and
has since then earned a Cordon Bleu Master in Gastronomy degree from
the University of Adelaide in Australia. In his current role as
Executive Director, Academic, for the Swiss Education Group (SEG), Mr.
Donhauser oversees the academic departments of all SEG schools in
Switzerland.

| Benoît Samson - SEG Executive Director Business Development
Development
director since 2008, Benoît Samson enjoys great experience in hotel
industry management and education. A graduate of the Lausanne Hotel
School 1982, Mr. Samson managed several hotels in Switzerland and
Belgium and was a member of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World
management committee representing the European hotels prior to taking
on the position of Managing Director at the Institute of Higher
Education at Glion.
