Graduated from Glion Hotel School, Switzerland, with a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. Over the past 10 years he has worked mainly for 5 star Hotel companies such as Raffles, Fairmont and Four Seasons where he had the opportunity and the privilege to do 3 Hotel openings, notably in Costa Rica, Hampshire and Geneva. He gained extensive experience working in managing F&B outlets before becoming Food and Beverage Manager at Anassa Hotel, Cyprus, one of the most reputed Mediterranean Hotel Resorts. He joined HIM as Operations Manager in February 2009.
Kevin Barnes, F&B Manager
Graduated from Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne with a bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration in 2003, he started working as Assistant Food & Beverage Manager at the Montreux Jazz Festival. Then he worked in Gstaad as well as for McDonald's Switzerland before joining HIM in January 2008 as Food & Beverage Manager.
Ruben Epremian, House Manager
Graduated from University of Erevan, Armenia Former Soviet Union and then UNIL, University of Lausanne, Faculty of Arts. He has been working for 6 years in different departments of several prestigious hotels including Beau-Rivage Palace in Lausanne and Hotel des Bergues in Geneva. He then joined the security department of Philip Morris in Lausanne. He has worked for HIM since 2007 first as Duty Officer before being promoted to House Manager.
