Liliane Darioly - Director of Operations
Many years ago, Liliane Darioly started working at IHTTI in the bar (which is now the reception area). Over the years she has taken on various roles throughout the school and is currently the Director of Operations and F&B.
Christian Cargouet, F&B Lecturer,
Graduate of a hotel management school in Grenoble, Mr. Cargouet comes to us after many years of working in the industry, both in the kitchen and the dining room. He has worked in France, Switzerland, Great Britain and the USA.
It is a pleasure to have him with the IHTTI team as of Autumn 2009.
