I've been recently visiting Hong Kong and what a great reward to meet alumni from 3 of our schools, César Ritz, SHMS and HIM all working together on the exciting project of just launching a brand new Steakhouse opened just couple of weeks ago at the very renowned Grand Hyatt Hong Kong
Inge was resplendissant and after 2 years at Grand Hyatt Dubai was so thrilled to open up The Steakhouse that she likes to call "her baby" as she has been working on the opening for nearly a year.
She is teaming greatly with Fred who after completing his corporate training program with Hyatt as been offered a permanent position and is doing extremely well. Also very happy and excited about his life in the far east.
Needless to mention that whichever graduate from any of our schools really are proud of their time spent in Switzerland and in our institution and make up a GREAT TEAM altogether !!
